Information you submit

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, destination country and the project details you choose to provide, such as company, quantity, specification and sample interests. Please do not submit payment details or confidential artwork in this form.

How it is used

Prinvora uses this information to review your inquiry, discuss your project or sample request, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible through our restricted inquiry inbox. We may transfer relevant inquiry details into our business records to follow up. Infrastructure providers process data to operate the website; data may be processed outside your country.

Security and abuse prevention

The form uses submission identifiers to prevent duplicate records. For abuse prevention, it stores short-lived, hashed request-rate identifiers rather than raw IP addresses in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Project planner draft

If you use the project planner, your specification choices are kept in this browser tab so you can move them into the inquiry form. This draft is not sent to us until you submit the inquiry. It expires after two hours and is cleared when imported or when you clear your choices. If tab storage is unavailable, you can copy the brief yourself.

Card Studio artwork

Card Studio processes images on your device without uploading them. Only when switching EN/CN, it temporarily stores images and choices in this browser for a one-time restore within five minutes. Restored copies are deleted; abandoned copies expire and are removed on the next Studio visit. Reset clears the current workspace. Downloads stay on your device. Continuing to inquiry transfers specification text only, not artwork; it is sent only when you submit the form.

Language preference

We remember your EN/CN choice in this browser. When you switch languages, unfinished form fields are temporarily kept in this tab for up to five minutes and restored on the next page. These fields are not sent to us until you submit an inquiry. You can clear this data in your browser settings.

Email and tracking

If you use an email link, your chosen email provider sends the message. This website does not send an automatic email acknowledgement when the form is submitted. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting platform may use cookies to control access while the site is private.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information while it is needed for the business discussion and related records. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry information, contact sales@prinvora.com and include your submission reference if available.
