01

Define the complete set

List the card dimensions, card count, quantity, packaging and any guide or inserts. Include extra cards in your count.

02

Identify fronts and backs

Use consistent filenames and explain which back belongs to each front. Check the orientation of all cards.

03

Confirm the print template

Request the correct trim, bleed and safe-area settings for your size and tooling before completing the final files.

04

Prepare images and text

Keep high-quality original artwork and check the image resolution at final size. Agree colour settings and font handling with our team.

05

Separate special finishes

Identify where you want foil, spot effects or other treatments. Ask how the separate artwork layers should be prepared.

06

Review before approval

Check spelling, card order, orientation, packaging fit and the proof. Confirm the agreed specification and any sample requirements before production.
